Our History
Woodside traces its history back to 1988 when Woodside Secretaries Limited (now Tricor Secretaries Limited) was founded as a company secretarial, registrar and corporate services provider. Over time, the business developed a strong reputation within the EIS industry for providing client money handling, safe custody and nominee services to fund managers, brokers and companies seeking investment.
In 2012, Woodside was acquired by Tricor Services Europe LLP, part of the global Tricor Group headquartered in Hong Kong providing outsourced business, corporate and investor services. Today, Woodside Corporate Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and serves a wide range of clients, including alternative investment fund managers, VCTs, investment platforms and brokers. We also provide a range of unregulated services such as acting as a Registrar and Fund Administration, including complementary professional services such as company secretarial, accounting, payroll and corporate tax services.
“We take care of the investment and back office administration, leaving our clients to focus on what they do best.”
